Google Launches Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL with 90Hz Display Along With Pixelbook Go, Nest WiFi and More

After months of leaks and speculations, Google has finally unveiled the much anticipated Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL. Both smartphones come with dual rear camera setup, a face unlocking feature, gesture controls and a 90Hz display. The event took place in NewYork at 10 a.m. EDT.

The Google Pixel 4 features a 5.7” OLED panel with 1080p+ resolution. While the Pixel XL comes with a larger and sharper 6.3” display with QHD+ resolution. Both the smartphones have a 19:9 aspect ratio without any notch. The display features 90Hz refresh rate to provide a smooth experience.

Both the smartphones are powered by Snapdragon 855 coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage. The Pixel 4 lineup have an aluminum frame with a matte finish. The glass-covered back comes in three different colors: Just Black, Clearly White and the new Oh So Orange.

Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL comes with the same camera specifications with 12MP main sensor and a 16MP Telephoto shooter. This camera has optical and electronic image stabilization, plus 1.4µm pixels and a bright f/1.7 aperture. While on the front, both the smartphones comes equipped with an 8MP selfie camera.

The Pixel 4 has a small 2,800mAh battery, while it's bigger sibling Google XL is much better off with a 3,700mAh battery. Both smartphones support 18W USB Power Delivery fast charging. As far as pricing is concerned, the 64GB base variant of Pixel 4 comes with a price tag of $800 and Pixel 4 XL costs $900.

Apart from the Pixel 4 lineup, Google has also introduced a number of other products such as Google Pixelbook Go, Google Nest Mini, Google Nest WiFi and Google Pixel Buds. Google is launching Stadia on 19th of November and has also announced a new AI Security Feed for the Nest devices.
