The Honor 8C is the latest in the Huwei sub brands series of affordable phones, and the company has revealed specifications ahead of its official launch event which is going to held on 11th of October.
Honor 8C has been found listed on Huawei's VMall. The listing reveals that the Honor 8C will come in three colour options, Magic Night Black, Aurora Blue, and Platinum Gold. Though the price has not been revealed on the website.
Honor 8C is a mid range handset powered by Android 8.1 Oreo. It will be the first smartphone to be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 32 processor. As per the listing, the Honor 8C will feature a 6.26 inch HD+ notched display with a resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. It offers a screen to body ratio of 80.4 percent and an aspect ratio of 19:9.
The phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC which will be coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. Honor 8C will be the first smartphone running Qualcomms Snapdragon 632 SoC. There will be a higher variant of the smartphone with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage.
The device will have a dual camera setup on the back. It will have a 13 + 2MP dual camera setup on the rear and an 8MP selfie. The phone will run on a 4000mAh battery. The Honor 8c will also feature a fingerprint scanner on the backside of the phone.
