Huawei sub brand Honor is going to launch its 9X and 9X Pro smartphones at an event scheduled on 23rd of July in China. The specifications of both the smartphones has surfaced online only days before the official launch.
Both the smartphones will come with a 6.59 inch Full HD+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 2340 x 1080 pixels screen resolution. They will be powered by company's own Kirin 810 octa core processor and will be running EMUI 9.1 on top of Android 9 Pie.
In terms of camera, Honor 9X Pro will come equipped with triple rear camera setup consists of a 48 MP primary sensor, paired with an 8 MP secondary sensor and a 2 MP tertiary sensor. On the front it will house a 20MP camera for selfies.
On the other hand, Honor 9X will have a triple rear camera setup but with 24 MP primary sensor, 8 MP secondary sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor. The front camera is expected to be the same as the Honor 9X Pro.
Honor 9X and 9X Pro will be fuelled by 4,000mAh battery but the Pro variant comes with 22.5W fast charging support, while the 9X will have 10W fast support. Both the devices could come with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor.
