Huawei sub brand Honor is going to launch its Honor 9X series that consists of Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro on 23rd of July. The company has teased the smartphone on its official Weibo handle that shows the device from the back with stunning gradient design and triple rear camera setup.
The specifications of the device surfaced online on TENAA website. The smartphones will come with a 6.59 inch full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Both smartphones will be powered by Huawei's own Kirin 810 chip. The highest storage variant will have 8GB of RAM and 256GB of Internal Storage.
In terms of camera, Huawei 9X sports dual rear camera setup on the back comprising of 48MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor, while the Pro variant sports triple rear camera setup with an additional 8MP sensor. The front camera on both the device is the same 16MP lens.
Both the devices would be fuelled by a 4000mAh battery and run on Huawei's own EMUI 9.1 skin based Android 9 Pie. The phones' dimensions are going to be 163.1 x 77.2 x 8.8mm and will weigh 206 grams. Price and availability of smartphones will be revealed on 23rd of July at the official launch event.
