Honor has officially launched the Honor View 20 in Beijing. The phone is a successor of Honor V10 which was launched in November last year. Honor View 20 is a significant upgrade in terms of design and hardware compared to its predecessor.
The new Honor V20 also introduces a pinhole design at the side which houses the 25MP front facing selfie camera and a 48MP Sony IMX586 rear shooter that's paired by a 3D ToF sensor at the back. It also brings a new feature named the The Nine liquid cooling.
The Honor V20 is boasts a 6.4 inch LCD display with 1080p resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.25:9. The phone is powered by Kirin 980, which is coupled with either 6GB RAM or 8GB RAM, while the internal storage options includes 128GB and 256GB variants. There is a conventional fingerprint scanner placed at the back of the phone.
The Honor V20 houses a 4,000mAh battery with support for fast charging. It ships with Android Pie with Magic UI 2.0 on top in China. Sales of the phone in China will begin on December 28, while international availability and pricing will be revealed on January 22 after official Global launch in Paris.
