Just a few days ago Huawei released a poster which showed the Nova 4 to come with an Infinity O like display, similar to the one which will make an appearance on the Galaxy A8. Another teaser poster posted by Huawei on Chinese social network Weibo reveals the launch date of the device.
In the poster, we can see an unreleased Huawei device with a hole punched into the top left corner of the display. As per reports, the cutout in the display will contain the front facing camera, a new trend that many smartphone manufacturers are expected to follow through 2019.
Nova 4 is expected to have a highly impressive screen to body ratio due to the cutout for camera. We can say that Nova 4 will be the most impressive Huawei branded smartphone in terms of the screen to body ratio.
Even though the South Korean smartphone manufacturer gian Samsung is yet to reveal a launch date for the Galaxy A8s, it seems that Huawei Nova 4 will be the first smartphone to launch with a hole in the display for the front camera.
As far as the hardware specifications of the smartphone are concerned, there is nothing official that has been revealed so far. But we can expect it to be powered by the companys latest 7nm Kirin 980 processor under the hood, coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
While on the software front, we can expect the upcoming Huawei smartphone to ship with Android 9.0 Pie based EMUI 9.0 out of the box.
