A thick slanting surface and plastic body blends a new version of Huawei Y3 2018. No finger-print sensor appeared on the device. It is an entry level smartphone having 5 inch display and 8mp single cam with LED flash on rear side. It has a MediaTek MT6737 processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory. Dual-SIM and 4G LTE support having 2,280 mAh battery. Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, a USB 2.0 port, GPS/ A-GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone is available in grey, white and gold colours. The phone operated with Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition) out-of-the-box. Users may download and installed the regular Google apps on the smartphone.

Google at its annual developer conference decided to launch the Android Oreo (Go Edition), a modified version of Android designed to work on smartphones with 1GB RAM or less. Various other OEMs like Nokia, Alcatel etc have also proclaimed devices running the Android Oreo (GO Edition). Asus Live L1, which is the companys first smartphone with Android Oreo (Go edition) is expected to be launched soon.
