Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo has launched its new device Oppo F9. The Oppo F9 comes with a new V shaped notch on top of the screen, companys exclusive VOOC charging and a fullscreen display.
On front, the F9 gets a 6.3 inch Full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. With a smaller notch and thinner bezels, it boasts a screen to body ratio of 90.8%. This is also one of the first smartphones to use Gorilla Glass 6 which is designed withstand repeated drops
The back of the F9 features a stunning looking glass effect which looks different in various angles. The device comes in various gradient colours.
Under the hood, the F9 gets a familiar MediaTek Helio P60 chipset with 6GB RAM and 64GB of storage which is expandable via microSD card.
The tiny notch in the front houses a 25MP selfie camera thats also used for face unlock. It gets an AI powered 16MP + 2MP dual camera setup on the back which offers depth and portrait mode.
The Oppo F9 also offers a 3,500mAh battery with VOOC fast charging claiming a five minute charge will be enough for two hours of talk time.
The phone comes in three gradient color options, including a fetching shade of purple, Sunrise Red or Twilight Blue. The Oppo F9 is available for $332 (Approximately Rs. 40,000 in Pakistan).
