Poco F2 Lite Live Images Appears on the Internet, Tipped to Get Snapdragon 765 and 5,000mAh Battery

Last week, Xiaomi confirmed that Poco will now operate as a separate entity and will work independently on the research, production and marketing of new devices. Poco F1 was the company's first and only smartphone until now, launched back in 2018. But Poco seems to have a lot under pipeline for 2020, reports suggests that it is launching three smartphones this year under Poco F2 series, while live images and key specifications of one of the smartphone has been leaked online.

The live images and key specifications are said to be of Poco F2 Lite, as it can be seen in one of the live images. The images shows only the front of the device, and are captured from Redmi K20 as 'Shot on Redmi K20' watermark can be seen on the bottom left corner. The pictures are a bit blurry which suggests that they are taken in a hurry, that too in very poor lighting conditions. However, the phone seems to have a water drop notch display and it looks a lot like Redmi Note 7 Pro from the front.

In the About page, it states Poco F2 Lite in front of Name and Model, the screen shows that it runs MIUI version for Poco Phones. The pictures are leaked through an email by some anonymous user who states that the Poco F2 Lite will run on the Snapdragon 765 SoC; will have 6GB of RAM; a 5000mAh battery; and a “high resolution very high” camera. A line in email also says "millet model price cheaper than before."

We can assume that the three models of Poco F2 might be called Poco F2 Lite, Poco F2 and Poco F2 Pro. As F2 Lite will be the model with cut down specs, while Poco F2 will be a direct successor to Poco F1 with high end specs and the Poco F2 Pro will come with Flagship level hardware. The smartphones are coming out for sure as Xiaomi has trademarked Poco F2 moniker recently. A device named Poco X2 had also popped out on Geekbench last week.
