Samsung Galaxy M series is a reboot of a mix for Samsung’s budget lower mid range lineup, and the first phones to launch under the Galaxy M series were the Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 last month. The top end phone of the Galaxy M series, the Samsung Galaxy M30, has now been launched after more than a month of rumors.
In terms of design, the Galaxy M30 comes a gradient design with plastic rear which is fitted with a triple rear camera system. The fingerprint scanner is placed just below the camera on the middle of rear. While on the front, it features a water drop notch display with minimal bezels. Samsung calls water drop notch “Infinity U display”.
Galaxy M30 features a 6.38 inch Full HD+ (2340 × 1080) Super AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by Samsung's Exynos 7904 octa core chipset coupled with 4GB / 6GB RAM and 6GB / 128GB storage.
The Galaxy M30 features triple rear cameras. The primary camera is a standard 13MP sensor with f/1.9 aperture, while the 5MP ultra wide angle sensor has a 123 degree FOV. The third camera is a 5MP depth sensor. On the front, the Galaxy M30 features a 16MP camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The smartphone packs a massive 5,000mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Samsung Experience 9.5. The Galaxy M30 will hit the stores on March 7 in Gradation Blue and Gradation Black color options.
