Samsung's New Galaxy Smartphone With Four Cameras Will Be Released On October 11th

Samsung has scheduled an event next month on October 11th in Malaysia. Samsung has made the announcement that it would be launching a new Samsung Galaxy smartphone with four cameras on the event. The company has also confirmed the news with an official teaser.

The cameras will be placed vertically on the left with LED flash underneath them on the back of the phone. Samsung teased a possible quad camera phone with an invite which said 4X Fun. The phone will supposedly launch with black, blue gradient and pink gradient color options with a price tag of $580 (Approx Rs. 70,000 in Pakistan).

People are speculating that the phone is Galaxy A9 Star Pro 2018. Rumors also suggest that the company will launch Galaxy A7 2018 with three cameras and a side mounted fingerprint sensor at the same event. The phone will likely get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 or Snapdragon 710 processor with 4GB RAM, which means this will be a mid range phone. If so then it will be the first mid range smartphone with more than two camera sensors on the back.

Smartphone companies are trying to put more and more camera sensors in a phone to compete with DSLR professional cameras. You can expect to hear more about these smartphones in the coming days.
