The device comes with 6.38-inch full-HD+ 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution Super AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 90 percent screen-to-body ratio, and in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Vivo iQoo Neo 855 has a triple camera setup at the back, that includes a 12MP primary camera with dual-pixel tech, an 8Mp wide-angle camera and a 2MP camera lens as well. The Vivo iQoo Neo 855's front camera has a 12MP sensor with dual-pixel technology and AI beautification features.
It runs Android 9 Pie with Funtouch OS 9 on top. The Vivo iQoo Neo 855 has a 4,500mAh battery with 33W fast charge support. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and is going to be available in three colour options that are Blue, Black, and White.
