Vivo seems very serious about putting itself as one of the most smartphone selling brands. After announcing its sub brand iQOO in China, Vivo is now gearing up to launch a new line of smartphones named U series. According to various sources, the first smartphone company will launch under the umbrella of U series will be named Vivo U1.
Official renders of the phone has been leaked online ahead of its official launch tomorrow. Water drop notch can be seen in the images. Vivo U1 will feature a 6.2inch display and boast 155.1 x 75.1 x 8.28 mm dimensions. It will carry 163.5 grams of weight.
The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 439 coupled with 4GB of RAM. In terms of optics, the Vivo U1 will come equipped with a dual rear camera setup including a 13MP sensor. While on the front the device will boast an 8MP sensor for selfies.
The vivo will run Funtouch 4.5 OS and will have a fingerprint scanner on the back. It will be available for purchase in three different color options including Starry Night Black, Aurora Red, and Aurora Blue. Pricing and other details of the phone are yet to be announced.
