Apple is going to launch the new iPhone lineup in September this year. There are very few upgrades the company is going to offer in the 2019 iPhone lineup. Interestingly, fans and tech geeks are more excited for the iPhone 2020 rather than this year's. It is due to the fact that next year's iPhone lineup is going to feature some impressive upgrades in design and hardware both.
Apple is going to eliminate the 5.8 inch iPhone and will replace it by an even smaller 5.4 inch iPhone in 2020. Now a popular Youtube Channel, EverythingApplePro has revealed the first look of the device based on the rumors and information available, and it truly looks amazing. It shows the device will full screen display and a punch hole selfie camera.
The 5.4 inch 2020 iPhone will feature a cutout on top of the display to house the front camera. The device features sharp edges and a chamfered finish. Some design aspects reminds of the iPhone 5. The 5.4 inch iPhone will have an OLED display like its other 6.7 inch premium and 6.1 inch low end variants.
Apart from the design, there are several upgrades Apple is going to bring in the next year's iPhone lineup including 5G. 5.4 inch and 6.7 inch iPhones will house Qualcomm's 5G chip. Analysts suggests that Apple Touch ID will be only authentication technology in 2020 iPhones. Next year's iPhone lineup will be powered by Apple's A14 bionic chipset.
