Galaxy Note 10 Will Be Samsung's Most Water Resistant Phone but with a Downgraded Display

Samsung is all set to unveil the much anticipated Galaxy Note 10 series within a few days. Latest rumours and a Twitter leak suggests that the standard Galaxy Note 10 will feature an improved IP69 water resistance, but also a downgraded Full HD+ display rather than a QHD screen.

Samsung's Note lineup has been featuring the QHD display since 2014, but this time only the premium Note 10+ will come equipped with QHD display while the standard Note 10 device boast a Full HD+ screen. HD+ display typically measures in at 720 x 1520 pixels, while QHD features a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

The Tweet also reveals that the the Note 10 will support super fast wireless and wired charging, consistent with earlier reports that the new phone would include support for 45 watt charging. The tweet mentions that the 12MP main camera on the back will have a variable aperture with its lowest setting at f/1.5, confirming the earlier reports.

South Korean tech giant is reportedly going to release two stylus equipped flagship smartphones, the Note 10 and the Note 10+, the lineup will further have one 5G variant of both the devices. Samsung is slated to unveil the flagship devices on August 7th Unpacked Event.
