A Lyft driver said that a fare left the yet to be announced Google Pixel 3 XL phone by accident in the back of his cab. The driver is a reader of online tech sites so he noticed it was an unusual phone because he himself was a user of Googles current Pixel 2 XL.
It seems like someone associated with the technology company might have accidentally left the device in the car. The driver took the images of the phone and sent it to a major Tech site.
Now coming to the leaked images, There is a massive notch at the top of the display, followed by a chin, along with a cutout that is going to be a speaker grill. There is a Google logo on the back too.
Previous leaks have indicated that the notched display will have a 2,960 x 1,440 pixel resolution and the device will be running Android 9 and come with a pair of headphones in the box. Leaks also suggests the Pixel 3 XL will boast a Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, 4GB of RAM and an Adreno 630 graphics card.
Googles next smartphone launch is expected to happen early next month.
