Microsoft has just made the day for gamers community after announcing it's next Generation Xbox Series. The company chose the platform of Game Awards to reveal that it's upcoming gaming console will be called Xbox Series X, and there won't be a single console, rather different models will be introduced to provide gamers an opportunity to select the model of their choice from the Xbox Series X.

The design of Xbox Series X console has also been revealed by Microsoft at the Game Awards. The new gaming console looks more like a Tower PC then an Xbox. Microsoft has gone for a minimalist approach in designing the console so it will slide in seamlessly into any home theater setup. There is a revised controller that now features an instant ‘Share’ button which is similar to the latest Sony PlayStation 4 controller and the new hybrid D-pad.

The design of the console is not futuristic or modern, and may not seem appealing to everybody but the company maintains its stance that it has been designed this way to provide the best performance, speed and compatibility, thus making it the most powerful console ever. Xbox Series X's design enables it to deliver four times the processing power of Xbox One X.

Microsoft claims that It is more quiet and efficient than any other gaming console. The design of Xbox Series X will support vertical and horizontal orientation both. A new wireless controller is also unveiled alongside the console announcement. The Xbox Series X will be available from 2020 holiday season while the price and other details about upcoming models have not been revealed yet.
