Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is reportedly working on launching the successor of its affordable flagship device, the Poco F1. While there is no official name for the handset has been announced yet, but its likely the company will name the device POCO F2.
The phone has recently been spotted on Geekbench, As per the listing, the Poco F2 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, same as the Poco F1. The RAM is going to be 6GB and the operating system is Android 9.0 Oreo.
The fingerprint sensor should be embedded under the display, while the battery capacity will be 3800mAh. The benchmark listing doesn't reveal any other details about the Poco F2, but considering the phone will be powered by the same chipset as the Poco F1, the company might focus on the design and camera of the next Poco phone
Poco F1 has a wide notch, which is a 20MP selfie camera and IR sensor for face recognition under difficult lighting conditions. Probably Poco F2 could be equipped with an improved display with less bezels. We can expect to have more information about the upcoming device from Xiaomi in the coming days.
