Chinese smartphone maker Vivo is set to launch the Vivo X27 smartphone in China on march 19. However, some reports are claiming that it will not be the only smartphone that will launch on March 19. Vivo S1 with a new elevating selfie camera will also launch alongside Vivo X27.
The Vivo S1 smartphone comes as a surprise as no one was really expecting it. The device is expected to arrive with a 6.59 inch IPS LCD display. The phone is listed to be powered by the Snapdragon 710 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage.
In terms of camera, the Vivo S1 is equipped with a triple camera setup with a combination of 12MP primary lens, an 8MP wide angle lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. While on the front there is a pop up 24.8MP sensor with an LED flash.
The design and body of Vivo S1 looks identical to Vivo V15 Pro which was launched last month. It comes will a rear mounted fingerprint scanner. The device will run on Android 9 Pie OS with custom FunTouch OS skin on top and will feature a 4,000mAh battery to keep the lights on.
