Renders of upcoming smartphone by Xiaomi called Mi 9 has been surfaced on the internet. The smartphone is the successor to the Xiaomi Mi 8 which was launched in May 2018. Mi 9 is going to be a premium smartphone with high end specs and features.
Renders suggests a vertically placed Triple Rear Camera setup on the left corner. Two sensors and LED flash are placed in one module while another lens is placed separately below the module. The sensors include a 48MP lens, an 18MP lens and an 8MP sensor.
On the front it boasts a 6.4inch display with tear drop notch. An in display fingerprint scanner will also come in the device. The Mi 9 is going to be powered by Snapdragon 855 and it will also feature fast charging support. The Mi 9 is expected to come in two variants, the other one with a 6.0inch display and will be powered by Snapdragon 7150.
Currently the official launch date of the device has not been announced from Xiaomi but we can expect the smartphone to make debut at Mobile World Congress where it is also expected to launch its 5G enabled Mi Mix 3 smartphone.
