Coolpad launched its latest entry level smartphone in China dubbed as the Coolpad M3. device falls under the companys popular M series budget smartphone lineup. It is the cheapest Notch device to hit the market.
On the display front, the M3 features a 5.83 inch notched LCD display with HD+ 1512 × 720 pixels resolution. The screen has a 19:9 aspect ratio. There is a rear mounted fingerprint scanner for unlocking the device.
In terms of performance, the Coolpad M3 is powered by an octa core MediaTek MT6750 SoC clocked at 1.8GHz. The device packs 4GB RAM. It offers 32GB inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card.
On the camera front, the M3 features a dual rear camera setup assisted by LED flash. There is a 13MP main and 5MP secondary sensor. A 5MP sensor is fitted on the front for selfies and face unlock.
The Coolpad M3 is backed by a 2,800mAh battery unit. The device ships with Android 8.1 Oreo OS with companys UI on top. The M3 is available in two color variants, Gentlemans Enamel Black and Blue Sea.
