Honor 20i Aape X Edition launched in China

Few days ago Honor announced that it has partnered with AAPE to launch a special edition of Honor 20i called Honor 20i AAPE X Edition. Now finally the device itself has been unveiled for 2199 Yuan (Approx Rs. 46,000 in PKR).

The announcement of the device came just a day after the Honor 20i was made available for pre orders in China. The phone is now officially launched with almost same specs and features just added with a camouflage design and blue and pink color options.

Getting into the specifications of the Honor 20i  features a 6.21 inch IPS LCD display with a water drop notch. The screen supports Full HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It offers more than 90 percent screen to body ratio.

The company’s own Kirin 710 octa core chipset is been powering the smartphone sitting under the hood. Honor 20i AAPE X edition also come in three variants in terms of memory configurations, 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 256GB storage.

In terms of camera, the phone features a 32 MP front camera with AI selfie beautification features. There is a triple camera setup on the rear that includes a 24MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The device also have a rear mounted fingerprint scanner.

In terms of software, the smartphone runs Android 9 Pie operating system with the company’s custom EMUI 9.0.1 UI on top. The phone also come with support for Game Turbo 2.0. The Honor 20i AAPE X edition is fuelled by a 3,400mAh battery with support for 10W charging same as the original Honor 20i.
