Huawei has been increasing its mid range smartphone portfolio. The latest of them is the Honor 20i that will hit the global market under the name of Honor 20 Lite. Under the Huawei brand the latest ones are the Huawei Nova 4e which was recently launched globally as the Huawei P30 Lite and the Huawei Enjoy 9s. The devices falls under same mid range category, manufactured by same company but has some differences in the specs. Here we have prepared a detailed comparison of all three devices in different departments of performance.
Design: All three devices boasts a gradient glass back that looks simply amazing. They provide both elegant and very attractive look. Our favorite one here is Huawei Nova 4e that will be available in global market as Honor P30 Lite because it is a slimmer device, is more lightweight than other two and it is also more compact. So in our opinion Nova 4e wins the design comparison.
Display: Huawei Enjoy 9s seems to have a slightly better display because of the LTPS technology that the phone boasts. All of these three devices come with a water drop display with very narrow bezels and a similar size. Huawei Nova 4e has a slightly smaller display than Honor 20i and Huawei Enjoy 9s, which makes it more compact.
Hardware & Software: All three smartphones are powered by the same chipset which is a midrange Kirin 710 that offers almost the same performances as the Snapdragon 660. The only thing changing in the devices is the memory configuration. Huawei Enjoy 9s comes with 4GB of RAM, the lowest in all three. The winner in this department is the Honor 20i that comes with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, while the most powerful configuration of the Nova 4e is 6GB and 128 GB. All of the phones runs on Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9 on top.
Camera The best device camera department is the Huawei Nova 4e. While all three of them comes with a triple camera setup with a main 24 MP sensor, an ultrawide lens, and a depth sensor, but on the Huawei Nova 4e, the stabilization seems better. Honor 20i is the only that can record videos in 1080p at 60 fps. Huawei Enjoy 9s seemingly loses the comparison because of its 8 MP front camera, while both the Honor 20i and Huawei Nova 4e come with 32 MP selfie cameras.
Battery: All three devices features similar battery capacities and also similar specs, so the battery life varies just slightly depending on the usage. Huawei Nova 4e’s battery is slightly smaller, but the phone also comes with a faster charging technology with a power of 18W.
Price: Despite of the fact that the smartphones come with very similar specifications, the devices carry different price tags. Huawei Enjoy 9s starts from €200 (Approx Rs. 31,000 in Pakistan) which makes it the most affordable one, Honor 20i has a starting price tag of €210 (Around Rs. 33,000 in Pakistan), and Huawei Nova 4e costs the highest with a price tag of €270 (~Rs. 43,000 in PKR) for its base variant.
