Huawei is all set to showcase EMUI 10 based on Android Q on 9th of August at Annual Developer Conference

Huawei is going to unveil its next iteration of Android skin in the Annual Developer Conference going to held in Dongguan, China on 9th of August. The upcoming EMUI 10 will be based on yet to be rolled out officially Android Q. The company has already shared its schedule for the event with the tagline “Linking the future of the world – Huawei EMUI 10.0 released.”

The two day conference will give the company an opportunity to share its future software plans. We are likely to hear about Huawei's own Hengmong OS at the conference too. President of Huawei, Wang Chenglu will give the presentation and keynote of EMUI 10 on 9th of August.

According to the industry insiders, Huawei is going to reveal a fresh new UI in its EMUI 10 with redesigned App icons. The most notable upgrade will be seen in the camera app which is going to be reinvented in the new Android skin. While GPU Turbo 4.0 will further improve the gaming experience.

The second generation ARK compiler will boast the battery life of the phones running on EMUI 10. Even excessive usage of multiple hours will drain comparatively lower percentages. Huawei has already revealed the list of smartphones that will get the EMUI 10 update in the first phase.

The list of smartphones that will be immediately upgraded to the newer Android skin includes Huawei P30 series, Mate 20 Pro series and at least 13 more Huawei devices. On the other hand, Huawei's sub brand Honor confirmed that the Honor 20 series will get EMUI 10 based on Android Q in the future.
