We are less than a week away from Huawei taking the curtain off its Mate 20 series smartphones. While most of the spotlight has been on the Mate 20 and the Mate 20 Pro, but Huawei has now teased a third device.
This mystery smartphone has been revealed to be called as the Mate 20X and Huawei itself has tweeted about the launch of this smartphone on 16 October. The teaser hints at a gigantic battery on the device along with a new heat pipe to keep the device cool during gaming.
While there is no official word on the specs, but reports claims that this gaming Mate 20X will feature a massive 7.21 inch FHD+ OLED display, and Kirin 980 SoC. The smartphone could have a few variants to choose from that come with 4GB, 6GB or 8GB RAM, and up to 512GB of built in storage.
Additionally, this handset should also provide support for Huaweis GPU Turbo technology, top of the line specs and cooling system will be included in the device to keep the device cool during extensive gameplay.
While the company already has the Play smartphone under its Honor brand umbrella, but the Mate 20X is going to be the first official Huawei gaming device.
