Honor, sub brand of Huawei launched the 9X in China in July this year. Now, the company’s global president George Zhao has announced on Facebook that the handset “is coming to the global markets very soon”. Honor 9X will first launch in Russia on October 17, after which it is reported to launch in Amsterdam, Netherlands on October 24.
Honor 9X sports a 6.59-inch FHD+ Full-View display with 1080 x 2340 Pixels resolution, it is powered by 7nm Kirin 810 processor. The device is fuelled by a 4000mAh battery and runs on EMUI 9.1 based on Android 9 Pie. The Honor 9X has 4/6/8GB RAM variants with 64/128GB internal storage variants.
The smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup comprises of 48MP + 2MP, while on the front, it has a 16MP motorized pop up selfie camera. The Fingerprint sensor is placed on top of the power button on the side of the phone. The Honor 9X is expected to launch in Pakistan in November with a price tag of Rs. 39,999 for the base variant.
