Hong Kong based smartphone maker Infinix has announced a new budget smartphone with some amazing features called Infinix S5. It has a 6.6 inch display with a hole on the top left of the screen to house the front facing camera. It has a 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage expandable upto 256GB via external MicroSd card. While PowerVR GE8320 GPU provides smooth gaming experience.
In terms of photography, the vertically aligned quad camera setup on the back comprises of 16MP main, 5MP ultrawide, 2MP depth, and a low-light sensor. While on the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera with AI features. The physical fingerprint scanner lies on the back of the smartphone.
The Infinix S5 packs a 4,000 mAh battery and will be available in two color options: Quetzal Cyan and Violet. The device runs XOS 5.5 Cheetah based on Android 9.0 Pie. It is expected to launch in Pakistan as Infinix Hot S5 with a price tag of Rs. 24,999.
