The new year has just started a week ago, and the flagship phones of this year are already making the rounds on the internet leaving a very less left for the fans to imagine. Samsung has already launched the first major launches this year by introducing toned down versions of the Galaxy Note 10 and Samsung Galaxy S10. Now, we have come across some protective case renders of Huawei P40 Pro which is expected to be the next big launch of this year.
The renders floated on the internet gives a better outlook of the device which is expected to launch by the end of March this year along with the Huawei P40. The leaked case renders shows the device with five rear cameras in which the top right camera seems to be a periscope lens. The rectangular module also holds a single LED flash. While on the front, there is a capsule shaped punch hole that houses the dual front camera setup for selfies.
The display of the device seems to be flat and does not have rounded edges like the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack, but an IR blaster is present. In terms of specifications, the Smartphone is expected to be powered by Huawei's own Kirin 990 chipset. It will come with a minimum of 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Huawei P40 will be fuelled by a 5500mAh battery.
The device is not expected to come with Google services because of last Year's U.S Trade Ban. Huawei will include its own Services as a substitute. All the leaks are speculations so we should take it with a grain of salt as there is no final word by the company about the design and specifications of the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro yet, we will be sure in March 2020 when the Smartphone will make its official debut.
