Rumors have been circulating about the foldable Motorola Razr from quite some time. Now it seems like the Lenovo owned smartphone maker is all set to unveil the much anticipated device on the 13th of November. The company has teased the launch of foldable Motorola Razr phone by sending out invites to the press for an event scheduled in Los Angeles.
Motorola said the evening event in downtown Los Angeles will feature the "highly anticipated unveiling of a reinvented icon." The save the date is a gif showing a device being folded and unfolded. "An original unlike any other," it reads and also displays the numeric 11/13/19 date.
Moreover, the invitation states that the event will feature special guests and musical performers, as well as "a journey through immersive experiences." "You're going to flip," Motorola's invite further says. All the signs Motorola has tried to give out through the invite delivers a definitive statement that it is going to unveil the Foldable Motorola Razr phone.
There isn't any official report about the design and specifications about the device available as of now, but according to industry insiders, the phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710 processor and will come with a 6.2-inch foldable display. Reports suggests, Motorola Razr 2019 will not unfold into a tablet, rather it may fold vertically to fit inside the pocket.
It might come in 4GB/64GB or 6GB/128 of RAM and internal storage variants, and may be fuelled by a 2,730 mAh battery. If rumors are to be believed, the Foldable Motorola Razr will cost $1,500. We will have to wait till November 13 to know about official its specs, price, and availability.
