Here weve got some exciting new rumors regarding the fingerprint scanner of Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note 10.
Galaxy S10 lineup next year will introduce three variants, including 5.8 inch, 6.1 inch, and 6.4 inch models. The 6.1 inch and 6.4 inch models will be equipped with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner built into the display. The ultrasonic FOD part is made by GIS and O film and based on a Qualcomm design and software.
By including ultrasonic fingerprint sensor on the S10, the South Korean company wants to deliver better screen fingerprint scanning experience on the S10. Â
The international variant of the Galaxy S10 will reportedly be powered by Samsungs own Exynos 9820, while the U.S version of the smartphone will be fueled by the Snapdragon 855, which hasnt been released yet.
Looking at the past trends, it could be said that Samsung will release the Galaxy S10 in January next year. This means Samsung still has more than six months and can still improve the technical aspects and the design of the phone considerably.
Samsung CEO Guo Minghao revealed that the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner will be also made available on other Galaxy phones arriving next year. He specifically revealed that the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy A which is arriving in 2019 will also be featuring ultrasonic fingerprint reader.
