Chinese smartphone brand OPPO has launched its latest Flagship Smartphones Find X2 and Find X2 Pro. Both devices come with a 120Hz Ultra Vision display with a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. The Smartphones had been launched to compete with Samsung's Flagship Galaxy S20 series that includes Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra. OPPO Find X2
The OPPO Find X2 comes with a 6.7-inch QHD+ 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution Ultra Vision display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate protected by Gorilla Glass 6. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, paired with Adreno 650 GPU. It arrives with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The OPPO Smartphone runs ColorOS 7.1 on top of Android 10. The phone comes in two options; a Ceramic back version that weighs 196 grams and the Glass back option that weighs 187 grams.
In terms of camera, the Find X2 has a triple rear camera setup but with 48MP primary Sony IMX586 sensor, a 12MP secondary Sony IMX708 sensor, and a 13MP tertiary lens. There is a 32MP camera sensor placed inside the hole-punch cutout. OPPO Find X2 is a 5G ready phone and packs a 4,200mAh battery that supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 Flash Charge fast charging technology. The device measures 164.9 x 74.5 x 8.0mm.
OPPO Find X2 Pro
The Oppo Find X2 Pro features a 6.7-inch QHD+ 1,440 x 3,168 pixels resolution Ultra Vision display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, up to 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 100 percent P3 color gamut. The display panel is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The display is driven by Oppo's in-house "O1 Ultra Vision Engine" display chip. The display chip allows the Find X2 Pro to convert SDR videos to HDR video. Like the Find X2 it also comes in two Design variants; a Ceramic variant that weighs 207 grams and a Vegan Leather variant that weighs 200 grams.
The Find X2 Pro is also powered by Snapdragon a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC coupled with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB internal storage. The Oppo Find X2 Pro comes with a 48MP ultra-wide lens paired with a 48MP wide-angle sensor and a 13MP telephoto lens that employs a periscope design to achieve 10x optical zoom. On the front, it has the same 32MP sensor for selfies. The smartphone measures 165.2 x 74.4 x 8.8mm for the Ceramic version and 165.2 x 74.4 x 9.5mm for the Vegan Leather version.
Find X2 Pro runs Android 10 with ColorOS 7.1 skin on top. It is also fuelled by a 4,260mAh battery which comprises two series-connected cells of 2,130mAh capacity that supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 Flash Charge fast charging tech. The main difference in both Smartphones is their camera setups, other than that both contain more or less similar specifications. OPPO was supposed to launch the devices at MWC 2020 which was canceled due to the ongoing Coronavirus threat.
