Vivo has unveiled the Vivo S1 few days ago in Pakistan and it has been available in stores from the 25th of July. Now the Vivo S1 is up for preorders from offline markets in India with a mere INR. 2,000 down payment. The smartphone will hit the shelves on 7th of August and its official price for India will be revealed then.
The Vivo S1 will go on sale in India in three different memory variants, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 4GB RAM + 128GB of internal storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. Only the 4G RAM + 128GB internal storage variant has been up for pre orders.
The smartphone features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 2340 x 1080 pixels screen resolution and about 90% screen-to-body ratio. It also incorporates an in display fingerprint scanner beneath the screen and comes with a water drop notch that houses the front facing camera.
Vivo S1 is powered by MediaTek Helio P65 12nm octa core SoC. In terms of camera and photography, it boasts a triple rear camera setup comprising of 16MP primary sensor + an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP tertiary camera sensor for depth sensing. While on the front, the device comes equipped with a 32MP selfie shooter.
It runs on Android 9.0 Pie with FunTouch OS skin on top. Vivo S1 is fuelled by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging support. It will be available in Diamond Black, Cosmic Green, Skyline Blue color options.
