Realme CMO Xu Qi Chase confirmed that Realme Q is going to launch officially on 5th of September. The smartphone seems to be a rebranded version of Realme 5 Pro. Xu Qi Chase posted on Chinese Micro blogging website Weibo to officially announce the launch date of Realme Q, he also stated that the smartphone will be fuelled by a 4035mAh battery along with 20W VOOC fast charging technology.
Looking at the teasers, design of the device is identical to Realme 5 Pro. In terms of other confirmed specifications, Realme Q will come with a 6.4 inch Super AMOLED FHD display with a water drop notch that will house the front facing camera. The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 712 processor paired with an Adreno 616 GPU.
The teasers suggests that the smartphone will also sport a 48MP camera similar to Realme 5 Pro. The device will run Android 9 Pie based ColorOS 6 on top. While on the other hand, a related news regarding Realme is that the company is also going to launch its first smartphone with 64MP camera named Realme XT this month in China.
