Samsung is getting a backlash from the Galaxy Fold faulty display, but it's also moving ahead with a new big-screen Galaxy View 2 tablet. The Galaxy View 2 will have 17.5-inch screen, a bit smaller than its 18.4-inch predecessor.
The official press renders of the device has been surfaced online showing the device with a an ergonomic hinged stand on the back, which will hold the 17.5-inch panel secured in whatever position user may need it to be.
The stand features a huge hole in the middle though, which will presumably allow users to pick the device up if they need to move it around. The View 2 has got rid of the integrated handle found on its predecessor. The renders leaked shows only At&t version of the tablet. While a WiFi only model will also be available.
The tablet will be powered by an Exynos 7885 chipset under the hood coupled with 3GB of RAM. The tablet received Bluetooth and Wi-Fi certification late last year and appeared on the Geekbench website in January. So we can assume that the official launch is just round the corner.
