New leaks of iPhone 11 confirms models & reveals exciting new features as well as camera upgrades

A new set of information about the upcoming iPhone 11 series, slated to launch in September this year has been shared by a reputable source. There are going to be three models in the upcoming iPhone 11 series as we all know from the past leaks. The internal names of the models are, D42 (Successor of iPhone XS), D43 (iPhone XS Max upgrade) and N104 (The affordable iPhone XR sequel).

Screen sizes of the devices will remain the same as the previous lot. That means that D42 will come with 5.8 inch OLED display with 1125 x 2436 pixel resolution. The D43 will sport a 6.5 inch OLED screen with 1242 x 2688 pixel resolution, and the N104 will come equipped with a 6.1 inch LCD screen with 828 x 1792 pixel resolution.

In terms of design, the iPhone 11 series will be identical to last year's iPhones from the front. While on the back all three phones will feature rear camera arrays that are housed in large square camera bumps. The iPhone XS and XS Max successors will come with Triple rear camera setup while the iPhone XR will sport dual rear camera setup.

The new report claims that Apple will incorporate a new upgraded Taptic Engine that Apple refers to in iOS software by codename “leap haptics.” The feature will replace 3D Touch because the improvements being made to the Haptic Touch will make it much easier for people who rely on 3D Touch.

Another upgrade Apple is bringing in their iPhone 11 Lineup is related to photography, the new feature is called "Smart Frame". The feature uses the wide angle sensor in the D42 and D43 triple rear camera to capture additional detail outside the area visible on the iPhone’s display. Users can adjust the framing of an image, or have it cropped automatically during the processing.

Some more things that are not included in the latest report but are speculated, The iPhone 11 series will include larger batteries. In display fingerprint scanner AKA Touch ID will be returning this year's iPhones. The lineup may offer USB Type C port, iPhone 11 series will be the first to run iOS 13.
