The most anticipated Nokia 9 with its rumoured five lens camera setup was going to be Nokia's flagship phone for 2018 despite being delayed on multiple occasions. Sources now claims that the smartphone may not be unveiled this year at all. According to HMD Global Chief Product Officer Juho Sarvikas, the Nokia 9 doesn't seem perfectly ready for the 2018 launch, so the company is planning to launch this device at MWC 2019.
Nokia 9 would feature a five camera setup on the back and would be powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC. Nokia was expected to launch the phone as a flagship for 2018.
Nokia 8 Sirocco was also meant to be a 2017 flagship but got launched this year at MWC 2018 and it looks like that Nokia 9 would feature a similar delay.
The smartphone may feature a 5.9 inch, QHD resolution 3D glass OLED display. Nokia 9 is expected to run on Android Pie and was rumoured to come with an in display fingerprint sensor.
The phone is rumoured to come with a 41MP, a 20MP and a 9.7MP camera sensor, backed by 4X optical zoom, Xenon and LED flash modules. Nokia 9 may sport a 4150 mAH non removable battery.
