Samsung has just announced that it has begun mass production of its recently developed Ultrafast 12GB DDR5 RAM memory designed to cater 5G and AI features in its future smartphones with maximum optimization. The latest development is announced just a few months before the official launch of the new Galaxy Note 10.
Eight of these new technologies RAM modules for smartphones will be built into one 12GB DDR5 RAM stack. Intended to be featured in flagship level smartphones. The 12GB DDR5 stack will be 30% faster then its currently used 12GB LPDDR4X that is incorporated in S10 5G.
To achieve this level of speed and performance boost Samsung has developed the RAM that can transfer 44GB of data or 12 1080p movies per second. Samsung is expected to incorporate this new RAM in its much anticipated upcoming flagship Galaxy Note 10.
The Galaxy Note 10 will be powered by the most powerful Exynos 9825. This new development further strengthens the company's premium storage capacity. Samsung is reportedly preparing 16GB RAM with the same technology slated for mass production next year. It will probably appear the next year's Galaxy Note 11.
