In a tweet from the official Samsung Mobile account on Thursday, company confirmed the date and time of revealing its 10th anniversary phones namely Galaxy S10 series. The launch event will take place Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 11 a.m. PT at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.
The event takes place in San Francisco on Wednesday 20 February, which is a few days before the Mobile World Congress that will begin from 24th of february. Samsung was expected to launch the devices in MWC. But now it looks like Samsung wants to steal the show by revealing the device few days before the event.
The company is expected to launch at least three Galaxy S10 smartphones on the day. An entry level 5.8 inch phone that could be called the S10 Lite, an standard 6.1 inch Galaxy S10 and a premium 6.4 inch Galaxy S10+ device.
Samsungs Galaxy S10 phones are also expected to feature next generation processors under the hood, with big camera upgrades, an all new interface Samsung calls One UI, and ultrasonic fingerprint sensors that are embedded underneath the screen.
Galaxy S10 will feature a complete redesign that is going to be almost entirely display on the front side. The precise location of the Galaxy Unpacked event is yet to be announced, but the firm has promised to live stream all the action on its official website during the launch.
