During a special event at Shenzhen by Oppo on December 22nd, 2018, the company has introduced new ColorOS 6.0 version officially. Oppo claims that ColorOS currently has nearly 250 million users across 140 countries and regions. The launch of the ColorOS 6.0 is to mark the softwares fifth anniversary.
ColorOS comes on Oppo and Realme devices. Oppo, recently announced at the event that, Color OS 6.0 comes with four elemental changes. The first one being the most significant change in the UX of the interface. The company initiated a new gradient background for the interface.
The new UI brings a redesigned interface over a light theme, a new font theme. Its also optimized for upcoming all screen devices. The built in AI machine learning capability ensures the background app running very efficiently without killing them from RAM management process.
Even though Oppo has unveiled the ColorOS 6.0, the company has said that it wont be available until 2019. This means that all Oppo phones coming this year will run the latest ColorOS 5.2.1. Oppo has also announced that together with the ColorOS 6.0 will come with a new font called the Oppo Sans.
