Vivo sub brand iQOO launched its first smartphone called vivo iQOO earlier this month. The smartphone is currently only available in China but it will debut in India in second quarter of 2019. An unnamed Vivo executive have hinted that the device will be hitting the Indian market in late early June.
All the variants of the smartphones will come in the price bracket of Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 60,000 in India. Vivo iQOO comes witg a 6.41 inch 1080 x 2340 pixel resolution Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 91.7% screen to body ratio, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass Protection.
The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Octa core Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with 6GB, 8GB and 12GB RAM with 128GB and 256GB inbuilt storage variants. It has an in display fingerprint scanner.
In terms of optics, Vivo iQOO features a triple camera setup, with a 12MP Sony IMX363 primary sensor, 13MP wide angle lens and a 2MP lens for bokeh effect. For selfies, it packs a 12MP sensor. The phone runs on Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9 Pie.
The device packs a 4,000 mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. The smartphone comes in two different colour options, the Electro optic Blue and Lava Orange with both colors featuring a Halo light strip at the back.
